Business growth, idea sharing, and creative collaboration is the heart of our mastermind program, but just like life how that shows each time you meet will vary based on the groups needs. It is the participation of the group that benefits the indvidual businesses of everyone involved.
A mastermind group is a group of peers who meet to give each other advice and support. It’s similar to mentoring but has several important differences. In a mastermind group, you will both give and receive advice, while in a mentorship, you’ll typically be on the receiving end.
Mastermind groups can also involve brainstorming, educational presentations, and even discussing personal issues. Though there is a leader, there is no single teacher and no prepared lesson.
A mastermind is a “meeting of the minds” - a place where you can speak the truth and expect it in return.
Some benefits to being a member of a mastermind group are a place to share challenges and success, high-value feedback, new ideas/insights, accelerate growth, creating positive business habits, relationships and collaborations, growing your business network, and goal setting/achievement.
Group coaching usually involves a set program or curriculum and relies on the coach's expertise to lead the group. Whereas a mastermind group is about the collective mind and discusses the specific needs of the members as they arise.
If you are looking for community, building your business, and are open to new ideas, then being part of a mastermind group may be for you.
Each meeting begins with the mastermind leader welcoming the members and checking in with any wins/follow up that occurred between meetings. Then the leader will open the floor to a specific member to be in the “hot seat” or to all members who may want to share lessons learned or ask for advice about a situation. It is up to the leader to watch the time and make sure that the meeting is wrapped up at the agreed upon time.
A hot seat is where one member shares a current struggle or goal that they are trying to achieve. Then each member in the hot seat participates in questions and shares their advice/perspective. “Hot seats’ aren’t about judgment or criticism they are designed for all the members to be solution focused to the problems the participant is facing.
You don’t have to participate in a “hot seat,” but you also won’t be getting the maxim benefit out of the group.
No topic is off limits. Because business is personal, both personal and professional, topics may arise and are welcomed.
Groups meet 2-4 times a month for at least six months.
As a mastermind member, you agree to attend ever meeting and make yourself available to get to know other members/ collaborate with them as it makes sense.
We understand that you can’t make all meetings. But if you don’t participate, you won’t be seeing results.
Most masterminds will have 8-12 members in them.

Yes, all zoom meetings are recorded and uploaded to your private membership portal within 72 hours of your meeting.

Though masterminds begin all throughout the year, you may need to wait to begin because we want to place you with equally yoked people both personally and professionally. Once started masterminds typically run for 4-6 months but can be extended based on what the facilitator and group needs.
