The Victor + Valor™ professional training are different because they are designed and led by real-world experts who know the skills you will need to succeed in the marketplace. Because of the live nature (vs. online courses) of our program, we tailor the course projects to the type of work each student wants to explore. This allows each student to leave with a portfolio of work designed to attract their target audience or organization.
Also, throughout the course, we work 1/1 with each student to vet what career path they want: corporate or entrepreneurial. We help them create everything they need to land their desired job, whether a great resume and interview skills or a killer website promoting their offerings. Each student leaves with everything they or need to succeed in their new career.
Currently, each course runs every 18 months.
Our programs are taught live via Zoom. We ask that all students attend live, just like with an in-person class.
We blend apprenticeship or real-world training alongside our work once we are out of the foundation stage of each course. This way, each student has real-world skills and is sellable and profitable to potential clients/ companies.
We offer two professional certificates: Victor + Valor™ and the National Entrepreneurial Branding Marketing Conservatory™ (NEBMC™).

Each program varies in length. You must complete the work within the allotted course time frame.
Yes, you will receive an actual paper certificate with a seal in the mail for you to frame 4-6 weeks after you successfully complete the course.
Yes, you will receive a digital credential to add to your website, social media, or email signature to show the world your successful completion.
If accepted into the course, there are zero fees for you to enroll. We also provide all the necessary tools, equipment, software, program access, etc., you will need to complete the course. Having access to strong, consistent Wi-Fi and a smartphone with active cellular service is the student's responsibility.
Recordings to all classes, links to material, announcements, etc. can all be found in your class's private group. Simply log into your Victor + Valor™ membership portal (https://victorvalor.org/log-in), and the private group will appear at the bottom of the page.
Because we want you to be successful, a meeting with one of our Victor + Valor™ advisers is necessary prior to enrolling in any of the professional training courses. During this 45 meeting, you can discuss with your adviser which training makes more sense for your goals and current life commitments.
Yes and no. Because enrollment is limited, we will prioritize students with the greatest needs first. If we have availability, and your schedule has the room to commit time wise to both classes, then the exception may be granted.
Our trainings are designed to be intensive. Besides a few quizzes to show an understanding of the basic information, our courses are graded during jury classes.
Jury classes are where students present their work to their fellow students, “client,” and a jury of experts. This model is designed to test the student's ability to properly articulate their ideas and solution to their case study client’s problem as well as create all necessary visuals to express their thought process.

Each professional training series will have a private group on the Victor + Valor™ website. Once logged into your membership area, you will be able to communicate, connect, and collaborate with your group directly. All of your handouts and course work will be here. We encourage all communicate through your group as an easy place to get the latest meeting times, links, and any other important information.
All classes will be held on Zoom and recorded.
For private communication with your trainer, we encourage contacting your trainer directly via their victorvalor email address.
All course schedules are made public prior to you joining the program. You must attend at least 90% of all classes live and you must attended 100% of all jury classes unless prior approval from your trainer as been given. Failure to do so will result in not receiving your certificate, passing the program, or being able to partake in other professional trainings or Victor + Valor™ services moving forward.
Now that you have been accepted into a professional training program, you must e-sign the training agreement. Once completed, the Victor + Valor™ team will reach out to you to get you access to all of your necessary resources prior to your course starting.
